The guarantee
Every Wishbar purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day of purchase. You don't need a reason and we won't ask for one.
How to claim it
- Reply to your purchase receipt (it comes from Polar, the seller shown on it), or
- Email hello@wishbar.app with the email address you bought with or your order reference.
That's it. Polar processes the refund. It usually reaches your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When we issue your refund, we also revoke your licence key, so Wishbar stops working on your Macs.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee does not replace your statutory consumer rights. If the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.
