About Wishbar, and who makes it.
A Mac app that turns a sentence into a live widget in your menu bar. Naren makes it, and Suvegasoft Limited stands behind it.

What Wishbar is
Wishbar lives in your Mac's menu bar. You type what you want to see, in plain English, and your own AI builds a real, working widget there: a share price, a countdown, the weather, your Wi-Fi's health, anything a few lines of code can fetch and show. You keep what you like and undo what you do not. How it works shows the whole thing in three steps; the gallery shows widgets already built from a wish.
Who makes it
Narendra Mandadapu, Naren, makes Wishbar: the app, this site and every widget in the gallery, each one wished for by him. He writes about what he builds next on his list page, and you can find him on LinkedIn, X and GitHub.
The company
Wishbar is made and sold by Suvegasoft Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05236140) since 2004, registered office 3 Rawthey Avenue, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 7XN. The terms, privacy and refund pages say exactly what that means for you, in plain words.
What we promise
- Pay once. There is no subscription, and every update is included.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. Not for you? Email hello@wishbar.app with the address you bought with, and you get a full refund. No questions asked.
- Signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarised by Apple. macOS opens it like any other Mac app.
- A licence key is required: the free 7-day trial key, or a paid one. Either is in your Polar customer portal shortly after you complete checkout, with the download; Polar's email links you there.
- It uses your own ChatGPT or Claude account. A free ChatGPT account is enough. Claude needs a paid plan. The only thing you pay us for is Wishbar.
- macOS 12 or later, Apple silicon and Intel. Solo covers 1 Mac, Personal 2, Family 5.
